Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Exchange:
- Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, unstitched, and returned in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Sarees that have undergone fall/pico, blouse stitching, or customization are not eligible for exchange.
- Sale or discounted items are not exchangeable.
Exchange Process:

2. Mention your order number and reason for exchange.
3. Once approved, send the product to the address provided.
4. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Wrong Items:
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
- In such cases, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
